Uniquely, Ink Masters was a platform thought up by Hernandez in Orange County, California in 2011, which was later picked up by Spike T.V. Raymond Hernandez, the man who created Ink Masters, attended the event at the Hopkins County Civic Center, welcoming guests and hosting as one of the judges.
